We select the best of the best to join our placement scheme.
During your placement year you get involved at a hands-on level in projects that make a difference to our business. Following on from your placement year with us, you have the option of applying for the Graduate Retention Scheme which has been designed to continue career growth even after your placement year has finished. The top 33% of our placement students will qualify for the Graduate Retention Scheme which offers the opportunity of being retained on a remote, 8 hour a week contract during the final year at university and the potential of a full time role working at our Product Line Innovation Centre in Weymouth following graduation.
