Duration and Ways of Working

We’re looking for an inquisitive Real Estate undergraduate to join us on a year placement between their 2nd and 3rd year. This will run from July 2026 - July 2027 based full-time in our Union office in the centre of Manchester.

Process

We’ll be advertising the role from Friday, 10th February, closing on Wednesday, 25th February. You’ll get a response to your application by the close of Friday, 27th February, with a view to holding a one-stage interview process on Tuesday, 3rd March, and a decision being made on Friday, 6th March.

What We’re Looking For

  • Studying a relative degree in Commercial Real Estate
  • Inquisitive in nature, keen to learn through asking questions and proactively engaging in projects

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting projects and timelines, helping with building strategies
  • Help with monitoring financial performance, ensuring accuracy in records while prioritising prudent spending
  • Provide support in reporting methods
  • Support with project delivery in close collaboration with dedicated teams, helping ensure projects are executed timely and effectively
  • Work with other departments such as finance to ensure due diligence
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to develop and monitor service charge budgets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Foster connections within the Bruntwood Group and its subsidiaries, fostering collaboration and mutual support
  • Support the transition of new buildings into our portfolio
  • Process customer applications with attention to detail
