Job description

As a specialist in the customer service team, you will be the link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. In your day-to-day work, you'll be involved in a variety of projects involving investors, strategists and traders from top client institutions who need expert insights to inform their decisions. It's a front-line role that requires constant communication and requires you to switch between multiple workflows at the same time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting Specialists : You'll be devoting a lot of time to your daily routine to communicating with experts who are a good match for your client's project, often in a hurry.
• Understand the project and market context , as well as the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate.
• Take full control of your project, from initiating and managing client and expert communications to orchestrating call times to ensure you work together.

Harvest of the work:

1. Introducing you into the business world , not just a single industry or career.
2. Help you develop business skills and account management skills that you can take away , covering professional communication, negotiation, persuasion, project management and time management.
3. The career path is clear : 24-30 months into the company, and vice president after about 5 months.
4. After successfully completing the Client Service Associate role, you are eligible to apply for our MBA Tuition Assistance Program , which is designed to financially support your studies at some of the world's top business schools.

Job Requirements

Every day you want to be at your best. We are looking for the following talents:

• Bachelor's degree, no work experience required
• Excellent academic performance with a GPA of 3.3 or above or a grade level of 2:1 or above
• Outstanding performance in extracurricular activities at the secondary and university levels
• Have relevant internship experience in the business field and can demonstrate an interest in business
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional English speaking/writing ability, CET-4 and CET-6 with a minimum score of 550, IELTS with a minimum score of 6.5 or a GRE score of at least 320

Compensation and benefits

• Estimated total compensation for the first-year ranges from $296,200 (average performance) to $379,100 (outstanding performance), including (i) $192,000 base salary and (ii) individual performance-based compensation (uncapped)
