Role Overview

As an Associate, you will play a central role in identifying and securing high-calibre talent for our client partners. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting in-depth primary and secondary research to build a high understanding of industries and market dynamics.

  • Mapping markets and developing detailed knowledge of individuals, firms and sectors within our core areas.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior professionals and emerging talent.

  • Producing high-quality client reports focused on human capital, alongside tailored project analysis.

  • Contributing to search delivery and supporting broader business development efforts where appropriate.

Candidate Profile

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent academic performance (expected or achieved 2:1 or above).

  • High emotional intelligence, with sound judgement and maturity in professional relationships.

  • The ability to influence and persuade, with an understanding of individual motivations.

  • Confidence and presence when engaging with senior professionals.

  • A results-driven mindset and clear connection between effort and reward.

  • High analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving ability.

  • A genuine interest in business and financial markets.

  • Resilience and determination, demonstrated through overcoming challenges.

  • Independence, initiative and the ability to operate effectively in a changeable environment.

  • This role is intended for candidates graduating in Summer 2026.
