Aviation Youth Coach/Instructor
Passing the baton to the next generation by sharing the wisdom and experience you have gained through your passion is one of the most rewarding and life-affirming things you can do.
If you have a passion for aviation with a few hours spare each week, (we are also often looking for people to cover one off sessions), this could be a rewarding and enjoyable next step in your aviation journey and with rates of pay of £75 per session, it’s a useful income stream too! We have classes across the UK, mostly evenings and weekends, so why not make contact to see if we have a class near you.
The Role
As a BYP Instructor/coach, your core role is to teach in a classroom. You will guide groups of 11 to 17-year-olds through the BYP syllabus that we provide, starting with the basics and leading them through their ground exams and, hopefully, on to gaining a pilot's licence.
The BYP syllabus is easy to follow. Each lesson includes a clear lesson plan, complete with PowerPoint slides, videos, quizzes, and everything you need to deliver a great lesson. All you need to do is bring the subject to life by sharing your real-world knowledge and experience.
BYP will provide everything you need, from your initial training and set-up through to easy-to-follow lesson plans, along with regular communications, updates, and newsletters for your students and their parents.
If you are interested, please register and we can get you through the onboarding process:
