Your Role: Lead, Innovate, Transform

  • Drive Lean Transformation: Embed lean manufacturing principles across sourcing, production, and logistics, ensuring efficient and flexible processes.
  • Lead Projects: Take charge of initiatives that improve material flow, enhance productivity, and optimise operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with Health & Safety, Engineering, HR, and more to deliver impactful change.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Manage and analyse key production data to identify trends, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making.
  • Be a Key Player in BPS Audits: Assist in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with Bosch’s high standards of excellence.

Qualifications

  • Degree level education is required for this role

  • A Strong Communicator – Whether presenting data or leading discussions, you can engage and influence people across all levels.
  • Detail-Oriented Yet Strategic – You can focus on the finer details while also seeing the bigger picture.
  • Analytical & Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and eager to explore new digital tools.
  • Passionate About Continuous Improvement – You have a natural curiosity and a mindset geared towards making things better, faster, and smarter.

The following skills and attributes would be a bonus but aren't essential to the role:

  • Experience of a team setting.
  • Experience with problem-solving and managing workloads.
  • Experience of managing or working within a project.
  • Experience with communication skills.
  • Project management skills/knowledge or history of being involved in projects.
  • Lean manufacturing or manufacturing knowledge/background.

Right To Work: please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract term. This is a 2-year fixed term role.

  • Contract Duration: 2 years
  • Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 07:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a 30-minute unpaid lunchbreak and 07:00 – 12:00 Friday
