What does the role involve?
You’ll support the UK & Ireland Medical Affairs and Digestive Health Marketing teams, building scientific and commercial skills through real responsibility and cross-functional projects.
Key responsibilities:

Develop expertise in PAGB and industry codes of practice to ensure all communications are compliant and high-quality.

Support review and approval of promotional and educational materials across Digestive Health and other brands.

Contribute to claims assessment, evidence-based communication and innovation to strengthen brand differentiation.

Lead delegated Medical Affairs projects (examples: digital transformation initiatives, claims repository development, competitor landscape assessment).

Support Digestive Health marketing activities: HCP engagement, digital activations and strategic customer partnerships.

Use data and consumer/retailer insights to inform projects, ideation and brand decisions.

Deliver against business priorities and brand KPIs, supporting innovation and financial commitments.

Work in dynamic 90-day cycles — demonstrate adaptability and a forward-thinking mindset as the business evolves.

Help build future talent capacity by supporting mentoring/management opportunities for team members where appropriate.
Who are we looking for?
You’re an adaptable, proactive team player who wants to build high scientific and commercial capability while working at the intersection of medical affairs and marketing.
