Bristol Summer Vacation Scheme

Start to get under the surface of what it’s like to be a trainee lawyer, with our paid vacation schemes. We offer three different schemes, two in London and one in Bristol, and each is tailored to students at different stages. You’ll learn more about our firm, so you can work out how you qualify into our world, and how we match into yours. These schemes are the most popular route to a training contract with us – many vacation schemers return as trainees.

For the Bristol summer vacation scheme, join us for two weeks and learn what it really means to be part of our team. We’ll assign you a trainee and a supervising partner or associate, and through everything from work experience to events to skill sessions, you’ll be part of working life at the firm. It’s a busy couple of weeks, but if you take advantage of every opportunity, you’ll gain a great sense of whether we’re right for you – and you for us.

Applications are open from 2 October 2024 - 15 February 2025.

Pay per week is £450

Scheme will take place from 16 - 27 June 2025.

Open to penultimate-year and final-year university students or graduates of all degree disciplines looking to pursue a long-term career in Bristol.
