As a Business Administration Placement Student, you will work closely with our business, contributing to real projects and developing transferable skills for your future career.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint, and assist in data analysis and visualisation to inform business decisions.
• Participate in operational planning activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to streamline administrative processes.
• Contribute to project coordination and documentation efforts.
• Manage purchase orders, including raising, tracking, and resolving queries with suppliers and internal teams.
• Assist the Customer Service Team with sales orders, invoicing and deliveries, and support stock-taking activities.

What You Offer

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• On track for a minimum 2:1 classification.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
