- Locations: Industry placements will be in London, Stevenage, Birmingham, Bristol, Norwich and Yorkshire (Leeds, Sheffield or York) - you must be available to commute or relocate to one of these locations to apply
- Salary: Year 1 £27,500 plus benefits; Year 2 £32,000 plus benefits

- Training – your journey with Digital Futures starts with 8 weeks of free immersive training, during which our team of expert instructors will help you learn essential business, technical, and professional skills to prepare you for your career in Business Analysis and Digital Change. Our training is delivered online, with one-to-one mentoring and group project work.
- Certification – you will achieve the BCS Practitioner Certificate in Business Analysis Practice, one of the most respected certifications available for practicing Business Analysts today.
- Employment - We will offer you a full-time employment contract with Digital Futures. You will be placed in a technology transformation team with one of our clients, with a starting salary of £27,500 + benefits
Training overview:
Our business analytics pathway covers key business concepts and technical skills you will need to be successful in your first technical business analytics role. Course content includes:
- Coding fundamentals (SQL, Excel VBA, & Python)
- Exploratory data analysis
- Data storytelling and visualisation (Tableau)

About the role:
Our business analyst roles are varied and give you the hands-on opportunities to gain the experience you need to succeed as a business analyst, change analyst or digital transformation specialist. You will be:
- Working with stakeholders (including department owners, managers, and end-users) to understand needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Creating detailed documentation of requirements, including specifications, use cases, and process models.
- Mapping business processes to understand workflows and identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement.
- Recommending changes or enhancements to business and technology process and enhancements.
- Acting as the bridge between different stakeholders and business areas, ensuring that everyone has a common understanding of project goals and requirements.
- Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather requirements, validation solutions and ensure alignments.
- Managing organisational change by preparing materials, conducting training, and ensuring stakeholders are ready for the new technology and processes.
