About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to and work alongside management to analyse, design, and optimize our organizational workflows. In this role, you will be working towards driving forward the architecture of efficiency, utilizing data-driven insights and cutting-edge technology, to eliminate waste and enhance service delivery. You will work cross-functionally to foster a culture of continuous improvement that directly impacts our profitability and scalability within warehouse and operations.

You will gain experience in:

  • Process Diagnosis: Evaluate current "as-is" business workflows to identify bottlenecks, pain points, and opportunities for technology-driven optimization.
  • Solution Design: Investigate "to-be" processes using tools like Value Stream Mapping, Customer Journey Mapping, and Process flows.
  • Automation & Innovation: Drive digital transformation by identifying opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI enhancements to streamline manual tasks.
  • Standardization: Familiarise yourself with the current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational excellence and consistency across departments and develop where necessary.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the ROI of improvement initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Support management with change, assisting in the implementation of workshops for coaching teams at all levels to adopt new methodologies and mindsets.

What we’re looking for?

We welcome applications from graduates with a Business Management background. The main requirements are:

  • A genuine interest in business improvement
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and "outside-the-box" problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive approach with attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • A keen interest in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Kaizen, or DMAIC.
