Looking to kickstart your career in Business & Marketing? As a second-year university student, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience and learn from an experienced team that will guide and support you in reaching your full potential.

As a Business & Marketing placement student, you’ll get involved in key projects and learn how brands are managed, from strategy to consumer engagement. You’ll work alongside experts in different areas, including marketing, finance, and supply chain.

Experiences You Will Gain

• Learning about our brand strategy and understanding the role of communication in the consumer journey.
• Collaborating with agency partners and internal teams to develop effective campaigns and consumer experiences.
• Using digital platforms and software to analyse data, track budgets, and manage inventory.
• Assisting in managing projects, ensuring timely delivery, and communicating any potential risks to deadlines.
• Supporting the production and approval of campaigns, ensuring they meet regulatory standards.
• Helping communicate news, events, and projects to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assisting in production scheduling, materials management, and product lifecycle tasks.

Education Requirements

• We welcome applications from all degree disciplines.
• If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree, you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university.

Application Process

The application process has a total of up to 4 stages:

1. Application – information will be required regarding your education and Right to Work.
2. Online Assessment – you will be asked to complete a behaviour-based online assessment/interview.
3. One-Way Video Interview – if selected, you will receive a link to complete an online interview focusing on your motivation for joining Haleon and the transferrable skills you will bring to the role. This will be screened by the Early Talent Team.
4. Interview – if selected, you will be invited to attend a virtual interview. The interview will consist of a competency-based interview and may include a case study/technical exercise.
5. Offer – candidates will receive an outcome within 2 weeks following the interview.

Interviews will be held in November/December 2025. We advise you to apply as soon as possible as we may close the role due to the volume of applications.
