Business Performance Student Placement

Red Bull Technology (RBT) is offering a one-year undergraduate placement within our Electronics team, running from summer 2025. Based on our Milton Keynes campus, this opportunity provides full exposure to real Formula 1 engineering in an open, dynamic environment. You will help drive innovation and efficiency across the business while working closely with Directors, team members, and senior leaders within RBT.

Main Accountabilities

• Identify and develop best-practice methods, processes, and tools to enable the Electronics department to meet priorities and deadlines for delivering documentation.
• Review the documentation suite for Design Standards and Manufacturing Codes of Practice; sanitise content, remove duplication, and reduce word count where appropriate. Ensure all documents are current and relevant.
• Review document storage, publishing processes, and access interfaces for both internal and external users.
• Assist in developing technical content within standards, working closely with Designers, Manufacturing, and Heads of Department.

Key Attributes

• Working towards an engineering degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to organise, manage, and direct projects and people, gained through academic projects or previous internships.
• Understanding of a company’s internal and external communication.
• Proficient with MS Office and PC literate. Preferred experience includes Formula 1 databases, manufacturing systems, and expertise in MS Excel and Project.
