Who you are
- You must be a current University student in your 2nd year of study, looking to spend your 3rd year on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2028
- Well organised and disciplined with the ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively, excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivots, Lookups, Formulas)
- Confident with numbers and analytics, with the ability to learn sales planning & tracking tools (Salesforce, Tableau & Storefront)
- Verbal and written communication skills
What the job involves
- The Business & Sales Placement Interns will support Warner Bros. Discovery team to identify areas of business development and support sales teams to maximise revenue
- There are a variety of Placement positions within the Business & Sales division, therefore the below job description is not exhaustive of all activities you may undertake during your internship
- Track the performance of competitive releases throughout the region and support the team in the preparation of a weekly business summary to be distributed to European and US colleagues
- Verify data with the territories sales team to ensure the integrity of Warner Bros. and competitive box office figures
- Track the annual and all-time performance of Warner Bros. and competitive titles’ opening weekends
- Maintain and distribute weekly distribution and inventory reports providing relevant insight and analysis for the department and the wider business
- Gathering market insights and viewing data and sharing relevant ideas and sales opportunities with the wider teams
- Analyse the distribution processes (within our control) with a view to suggesting changes that optimise WHE cost and enhancing product profitability
- Responsible for Amazon Advanced Pre-Order (APO) set up, maintaining a master tracker, and working with the Amazon Sales Account team to ensure all queries are resolved and Amazon shows the correct information
- Responsible for demand planning a range of key new release titles throughout the year
- Prepare and review revenue forecasts for specific market sectors
- Contract Length: 12 months
- Start Date: 6th July 2026

- Stage 3: Pre-recorded video interview via HireVue will be sent out, to be completed in February
- Stage 4: Assessment Centres & Interviews will take place in April
