Due to exciting growth plans, Montgomery Group is seeking recent graduates with a passion for people and a desire to achieve commercial success. Join us working on our best-known shows such as HRC, Hospitality Tech360, the Independent Hotel Show, International Food & Drink Event (IFE), IFE Manufacturing, Speciality & Fine Food Fair, and Surface Design Show. We are particularly interested in individuals who speak Italian or Dutch.

What the Role Involves

You will work within the sales team selling exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities to new and existing customers. You will do this through phone calls, emails, meetings, and networking, while supporting the Event Manager with day-to-day operations such as floorplan management and CRM updates.

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and project coordinators to build and deliver our high-quality events.
  • Attend competitor and networking events in the UK and overseas to strengthen your industry knowledge and identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Develop into a confident and credible sales professional with clear career progression.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Speak fluent English and/or Italian or Dutch.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and develop sales skills.
  • Target-driven and hungry to earn unlimited sales commission.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person.
  • Enjoy working in a team and are socially confident.
  • Willing to invest the time to become an integral part of the industries and communities you work within.

What We Offer

Our central London, dog-friendly offices are close to Oxford Street & Marylebone High Street, with access to the private gardens of Manchester Square. Hybrid working is offered to all applicants, with four days in the office Monday–Thursday. Core hours are 9–5 pm; flexibility outside these hours may be required to suit the needs of the business.
