Based at our Head Office in the iconic Royal Liver Building, our Commercial Graduate Scheme offers successful candidates 3, 8-month rotations across our Category, Sales and Marketing functions.
Over 24 months, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of how a major FMCG business brings products to market, grows household brands, and builds partnerships with the UK's biggest retailers. It's hands-on, fast-moving, and commercially focused — designed to shape you into a future leader.

What Will You Get?

- £29,000 starting salary as well as a £1,000 starting bonus, £1,000 completion bonus, and a £1,000 performance-related increase at the end of each rotation

Rotating through three different commercial roles, you will get a complete view of the business and discover where your strengths really lie.
Category
Our Category team dives into the data analysis performance, uncovering growth opportunities for our leading brands, and the wider category. We work closely with our retail partners to build trusted relationships by delivering the right insights to help them grow. Working closely with the Category Management Team, you will become an integral part of the team with an opportunity to work on a dedicated retailer account, gaining real-life experience in data analysis, insights and presenting to stakeholders.
Sales (Account Management)
Our Sales Team is responsible for driving growth by nurturing long-standing relationships across a broad customer base. The team is responsible for bringing our brands to life in the market and finding those new opportunities that mean we can capitalize on our vast and ever-expanding manufacturing capability. Working alongside our major UK customers, you will master core account administration, help to manage projects and build brand growth plans by having a presence in customer meetings and even taking ownership of some of our customer accounts.
Marketing
Our Marketing Team is where creativity meets commercial! Working with a mix of our recognizable brands, you will help develop and drive end-to-end strategies by diving into consumer insights. Using industry-leading data and innovative ideas, you will create engaging campaigns, work closely with marketing agencies, and develop new ideas with the wider internal stakeholder group. Your innovation will help fuel long-term growth.
