What we do

Examples of some of our recent projects include:

Damage assessment in the aftermath of an M&A transaction:

Following a multi-billion euro acquisition, we were commissioned as independent experts to assess the damage associated with various breaches of the guarantee. Our work required comprehensive analyses of the seller's accounting errors and the related economic losses suffered by the buyer. The dispute took place before various international arbitration courts and at the same time before various ordinary courts.

Damage assessment related to the supply of defective components in the automotive industry:

As part of an international arbitration procedure, we were commissioned by a company operating in the automotive industry to carry out a damage assessment. Due to the delivery of defective components by one of its suppliers, our client suffered considerable damage. Our assignment included valuation of lost profits as well as other losses.

Quantification of the economic effects of regulatory changes in the solar power industry:

We were commissioned by a group of solar power plant investors to analyze the economic effects of regulatory changes in the solar power industry and to quantify the impact of the reforms on the value of their solar investments.
