Summer Internship Program - Bachelor, Master and MBA Students

Our Summer Internship Program spans 8 weeks and begins with an orientation to introduce you to the firm and your business area. During your internship, you will become a valued member of a project team with opportunities to work on high-impact client engagements, travel to on-site meetings, connect with colleagues and participate in volunteer initiatives.

Placement Year Internship Program - Bachelor Students

Our Placement Year Internship Program spans 12 months and begins with an orientation to introduce you to the firm and your business area. During your internship, you will become a valued member of a project team with opportunities to work on high-impact client engagements, travel to on-site meetings, connect with colleagues and participate in volunteer initiatives.

Graduate Program

Graduates usually start working hands on with clients right from day one. Our roles allow you to specialize in your business segment working side-by-side with industry leaders. You’ll receive training and support to develop your business skills while you build your career. Our entry-level consultants come from a variety of academic backgrounds, but what they all have in common is a drive to solve problems in creative ways. Candidates are hired to a specific practice full-time upon graduation.

Our Recruitment Process

The interview and selection process for students and graduates may vary depending on the team you’re applying for. Here’s a general outline:

Step One: Online application with CV

Step Two: Online assessment, testing skills such as numerical, logical and verbal reasoning

Step Three: A 2-3 question video interview

Step Four: First round interview

Step Five: Final interview or Assessment Centre
