What does the role involve?
This programme gives early talent practical experience across sales and marketing with a strong digital and e-commerce focus. Key responsibilities include:

Work across customer (retail) and category teams (Allergy, Women’s Health, Vitamins & Digestive Health) on both sales and marketing initiatives.

Lead parts of key projects and be accountable for delivering against business outcomes (financial commitments, brand KPIs).

Support e‑commerce and digital marketing activities — from campaign support to performance tracking and optimisation.

Use data to learn about brands, consumers and retailers in the UK and contribute confidently to ideation and project decisions.

Help prioritise work to focus efforts in the most profitable places and support delivery of best‑in‑class innovations.

Adapt and learn as the Consumer Health UK business evolves, embracing new ways of working and contributing to continuous improvement.
