CapCut, a ByteDance product, is a leading all-in-one video editing platform that empowers creators worldwide. Our FR/DE team is actively expanding our vibrant local creator community, dedicated to driving content excellence and fostering the growth of the creator ecosystem in the region.
At the heart of CapCut’s innovation is our powerful suite of AI tools. These features are designed to democratize professional-grade video editing, helping creators of all skill levels save time and unlock new creative possibilities. Our AI capabilities streamline complex workflows and enable a new generation of creators to bring their visions to life with unprecedented ease and efficiency.
CapCut Template is one of our core features, which allows users to create videos quickly and easily by applying pre-designed editing formats. Users simply insert their own media to generate a customized final video.
We are looking for talented individuals to join our team in 2026. As a graduate, you will get opportunities to pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and unlock limitless growth. Responsibilities:
- Support localized content and creator strategies by understanding CapCut user creation workflows and interpreting creator needs, with a focus on the French market.
- Assist in creator programs and campaigns, including creator onboarding, feature adoption, and campus-based initiatives such as student creator and campus ambassador programs.
- Track creator, content, and campus program performance, and summarize insights to support strategy optimization.
- Stay up to date with local creator trends and share relevant insights with regional and global teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in content creation and a good understanding of creator workflows and user needs.
- Familiar with TikTok and other social media platforms, especially French creator content and trends.
- Interest in AI-powered creative tools and new creation scenarios.
- Experience in student organizations, campus clubs, event planning, or campus ambassador programs.
- High oral and written fluency in English and French. Our team works with stakeholders from both France, Europe and globally and will be required to communicate effectively with them.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic video or image editing experience (CapCut, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
