Joining our Corporate Affairs Internship means becoming part of a team that supports Ferrero's engagement with political stakeholders, policymakers, and key external partners across the UK. This internship offers meaningful, hands-on experience in public affairs, policy monitoring, and stakeholder engagement within a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
You will gain insight into how business strategy intersects with political, regulatory, and societal developments. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will support initiatives that help protect Ferrero's interests and enhance its standing within the broader policy landscape.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Affairs Intern, you will support a range of public affairs and stakeholder engagement activities, including:
- Monitoring political and regulatory developments across the UK Houses of Parliament, Government departments and agencies, political parties, think tanks, and NGOs, providing structured updates and analysis for internal stakeholders.
- Conducting policy and stakeholder research, drafting briefing notes and reports on issues relevant to the business, and supporting engagement strategies that protect Ferrero's license to operate.
- Supporting stakeholder engagement programs, including drafting correspondence for parliamentarians, liaising with parliamentary offices, and coordinating meetings or visits.
- Assisting with the organization of parliamentary and stakeholder events, as well as supporting key external partnerships and corporate initiatives.
This role offers practical exposure to public policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and corporate reputation management within a dynamic and highly visible function.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, intellectually curious, and interested in how business interacts with the political and regulatory environment.
You may be currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a degree-level qualification in Politics, International Relations, Public Policy, Law, Business, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience or alternative academic backgrounds with strong analytical capability are also welcomed.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to draft clear and concise briefing materials
- Analytical thinking and confidence interpreting political or regulatory information
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks

- Screening telephone interviews: March - April 2026

The internship will commence on Tuesday, 1st September 2026, and will run for 12 months. During this period, you will be required to work from our sites and offices as defined per role, as on-site presence is a key requirement of the programme.
Right to Work Requirement
Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom for the full duration of the 12-month internship at the time of application. This may include, for example, an unrestricted right to work or a visa that permits full-time employment for the entire programme. In accordance with UK legislation, evidence of the right to work will be required before the internship begins.
