Your opportunity
This is a 12-month graduate programme with a start date from September 2026 focusing on gaining first-hand experience in the team and discovering what your future would be like with us through induction, on the job learning, skills trainings and networking.
The Presentations team is responsible for ongoing production and maintenance of core and custom product presentations, working to a monthly and quarterly update cycle, in addition to supporting client and event presentations.
In this role, you will gain deep insight into all aspects of Janus Henderson by working with different stakeholders across the business, working with Marketing, Compliance, Product Specialists, Investments Desks, Sales, etc. This is a great opportunity to learn about the inner workings of the asset management industry beyond the Presentations function.
Key assignments would include:

Support the schedule and delivery of their presentations, quality control and compliance approvals, while staying abreast of all messaging and content updates, compliance requirements, data sourcing, and uploading content to distribution systems for use by the business

Contribute to projects aiming to streamline and find efficiencies in the overall Presentations Production process.

Great attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal / written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage across all levels of the organization, whilst being able to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team

Must thrive in a progressive, fast-paced culture, and have the ability to work to well-defined deadlines

Positive, can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn as you go

Proficiency with Microsoft office and Teams

Excellent writing and proofreading skills, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure data and content is accurate, relevant and consistent
