A 2:1 degree or higher in any discipline (STEM or non-STEM) excluding Computer Science

Salary & progression
You'll receive a £32,250 starting salary when you begin your first client project.
Before that, you’ll complete 15 weeks of fully salaried training (£23,400 pro rata), giving you the skills and confidence to succeed before you step into your first role.
From there, your salary increases regularly as you progress:

0–6 months (on client): £32,250

6–12 months: £33,250
-
12–18 months: £42,500*
-
18–24 months: £45,000*
*Subject to performance milestones
Beyond the two-year programme, consultants typically progress to £60,000+
