Diversity Summer Internship 2026 - London

Thinking about a career in Accounting and keen to do work that really matters? The National Audit Office (NAO) Summer Internship Programme offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while helping improve public services across the UK.

During this paid, six-week internship, you’ll get exposure to Financial Audit and Value for Money (VfM) work, support real audit projects, and learn from experienced colleagues. You’ll also have the chance to build your professional network and develop skills that will support your future career.

Programme highlights:

• 6-week paid internship (15 June – 24 July)

• Based in London Victoria (in-person)

• Salary: £27,811 (London) (pro rata)

• Open to penultimate-year undergraduates from any degree
