Electromagnetics Software Testing - Summer Internship

We are looking for talented individuals to join us as Electromagnetics Software Testing Intern to gain practical work experience in collaboration with our global development teams in Germany, the US, India and the UK. This role offers an opportunity to work hands-on with a diverse range of CST STUDIO SUITE products, focusing on Advanced Electromagnetic Simulation. You will contribute to innovative projects, learn from experienced professionals and expand your skills in software development and testing within a dynamic, international environment.

This is a paid internship spanning 3-months, approximately from June to September 2026 and is based at the Dassault Systèmes office located in Nottingham.

Responsibilities

• Testing of electromagnetic simulation products, and ensuring that testing is completed thoroughly, accurately and according to schedule
• Creating the testing material including test models for each product in discussion with developers working in Germany, US and UK
• Investigating, reporting and verifying bugs, in such a way that they can be understood and reproduced efficiently by developers

Qualifications

• Electrical or Electronic Engineering students with knowledge of Electromagnetics
• Knowledge of Scripting (Python, VB) is preferable
• Possesses strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
• Should be a quick learner & enjoy learning new Software tools & technologies
