What you’ll be doing:

You’ll get the chance to explore one area of our business, where you could work in innovation and concept development, design, testing, manufacturing, or service support - among many others. 

This means you might find yourself doing anything from helping develop exciting new demonstrator engines like our UltraFan, to using data, technology, and AI to reduce a power station’s environmental impact, test marine automation software, or help keep our company cyber-safe.

Thanks to a combination of digital learning and on-the-job training, you’ll build a wealth of new skills with the help of our experts – people who are as invested in your success as you are.

What we offer:

• Salary: £23,600 (pro rata)
• 33 days’ annual leave, including bank holidays (pro rata)
