Application Process

Applying to Rolls-Royce is a straightforward process:

  1. Apply online
When you’ve found the role that best suits you and checked the requirements, click ‘apply’ and fill in your basic details.

  2. Online testing
You’ll then be invited to complete online testing, including situational judgement and logical reasoning tests. This step is pass/fail.

  3. Application form
If you’ve passed your online tests, you’ll complete our application form, answering a short series of questions about your interests and what motivates you to join Rolls-Royce. You won’t need a CV. Find the questions in our Preparing to Apply Guide.

Applying for the Enterprise Skills Accelerator programme? Before the assessment centre, you may be asked to complete a one-way video assessment. It has two short questions about your drive and ambition.

  4. Virtual assessment centre
We’ll look at your application as a whole and, if you’re shortlisted, you’ll be invited to a virtual assessment centre. This is your chance to share more about why you want to join Rolls-Royce through an interview and a presentation you’ve created ahead of time. You’ll also take part in a technical exercise, responding to a case study we give you. Get tips on bringing your best self using our Assessment Centre Guides.

  5. Offer
After your assessment centre, we’ll let you know whether you’ve been successful. If you have, we’ll be in touch with your offer and next steps.

We wish you the best of luck with your application!
