Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible you must be a final year undergraduate or Masters student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline and have completed all the requirements of your course before August/September 2027 or a fresh graduate in class of 2026.

We are considering candidates beyond the core software degrees (e.g. computer science, software engineering, Mathematics, and Informatics) and candidates with physics, engineering, or electronic degrees who can demonstrate an interest in Technology as evidenced by extracurriculars or work experience, or personal projects can apply.

Job Qualifications

While we offer a wide range of technology roles, for these positions, we are looking for candidates who are interested in a Business Analyst or Product Manager role and have strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and Python. We seek to match your interests, skills, and background to the roles available.

What We Are Looking For

• A strong interest in technology proven either via your work experience, extracurricular activities, or academic studies. For instance, you may have secured an internship in a technology role or focused on technology as part of a university project. You may have learned how to code or use a particular technology.
• Demonstrable interest in financial markets, which you’ve built through your studies, work experience, or extracurricular activities.
• A curiosity for data and an ability to analyze information to draw conclusions and propose solutions.
• Individuals who can connect the dots and think strategically.
• The environment we work in is fast-paced, you’ll need to demonstrate focus, resilience, and the flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
• People who can collaborate with others, using their communication skills in the process.
• Ideal candidates will have the right to work in the UK without restrictions for the duration of the graduate programme and join us on a permanent basis from day one.

• Meet in person with your cohort at 'Ignite', the programme mid-point skills offsite. Explore key knowledge areas and skills.
• Access opportunities to earn industry-recognized qualifications, including 5 study days during the programme.
