What You’ll Do:

Kick off your journey with a comprehensive induction, then dive into hands-on projects that challenge you. Our two-year programme features four six-month rotations across departments tailored to your interests. You’ll gain practical experience and industry knowledge, plus a mentor to guide you towards professional development and IET accreditation. Adaptability is key—expect a mix of office, home, and site work.

Who You Are:

We’re looking for grads who are passionate about engineering and eager to learn. If you have:

• A minimum of a 2:2 Honours Degree in a STEM subject (like Electronics, IT, Computer Science, etc.)
• A knack for solving complex problems
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Self-motivation and the ability to thrive under pressure
• Practical experience with Microsoft Office

Please Note:

You’ll need the right to work in the UK by the time you start your employment, and you’ll undergo pre-employment security clearance and screening. Please note this role does not meet the salary requirements for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
