Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

TYG is hiring Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our next Recruitment Academy in September 2026.

We are looking for ambitious graduates to join a group intake and be an excellent addition to our company culture. You'll start alongside other consultants in the same stage of their career, learning, developing and progressing together.

TYG is a London-based recruitment consultancy specialising exclusively in the US Architecture, Engineering and Construction sectors.

We have built a strong reputation with over 10 years in our markets and have grown to a team of 25 people. We partner with businesses across the US, helping them hire top talent within highly skilled and technical sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building relationships with clients and candidates across the US market

• Identifying and approaching top talent within specialist industries

• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement

• Negotiating offers and closing deals

• Developing your own client portfolio and market knowledge

• Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
