You'll have the opportunity to follow one of two pathways: Technology or Sales.

As a Graduate IT Solutions Consultant (following the Technology Pathway) or Sales Executive (following the Sales Pathway), you’ll work with our global clients to design and deliver innovative SAP-based solutions using EPI-USE Labs’ suite of products and services. You’ll develop both deep technical expertise and strong business acumen through a blend of formal training, mentoring, and hands-on project experience.

• Provide technical consultancy and expert advice to clients and colleagues.

• Design, build, and implement complex SAP solutions that help organisations optimise performance.

• Manage and deliver projects that drive measurable business results.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the world to support clients and develop new business opportunities.

Your first years with EPI-USE Labs

During your training period, you’ll be based at our European headquarters in Manchester, receiving world-class training and support to fast-track your growth.

Our Technology Pathway graduates will stay in Manchester for a minimum of two years, while our Sales Pathway graduates may be redeployed earlier to the Netherlands, France or Italy.

We’re looking for bright, curious, and motivated graduates who are passionate about technology and problem-solving.

Essential requirements:

• A 2:1 degree (or equivalent, 60%+) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Business, Economics or a related discipline.

• High analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• A second language is highly desirable for Technology, and essential for Sales: French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Korean, Arabic or Thai.
