Programme overview:

On the EY-Parthenon Technology Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence by helping corporate and private equity clients assess technology risks and identify value creation opportunities. You’ll work in high-performing teams on fast-paced transactions and transformations, gaining exposure to a range of sectors and service offerings. What you will be doing?

• Assess the target business’ technology landscape including technology strategy, software products and platforms, IT applications and infrastructure, technology costs and conduct cybersecurity risk assessments.

• Gain exposure to the deal/investment “engine” including the diligence process, valuation process, stakeholders involved, bidder meetings and the deal negotiation process.

• Assist with wider practice development tasks from recruitment through to learning and development as well as business development activities such as preparing pitches and presentations.

• Work on a wide range of pre-deal service offerings.

• Develop your skills through hands-on experience and coaching.
