WRc, a member of RSK Group is searching for a Field Engineer / Trainee Field Engineer to join our team in Swindon on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small team, assisting in carrying out our pipeline inspection surveys. This is a physically demanding position in which you will mainly travel from Swindon daily into London, however there will be times when working away nationally and occasionally internationally is required to insert our cutting edge technology systems for your colleagues to analyse back in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver clean and dirty water projects in line with business requirements and customer expectations.
- Ensure projects are undertaken in a safe and environmentally responsible manner to cost, time and quality in line with company standards and procedures.
- Work with the planner to ensure any changes to the schedule are communicated to all stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to governance, processes, and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintaining in company and Client requirements for Health and Safety.
- Be willing to work both nationally and sometimes internationally, as the company requires, and stay away for periods of time.
Qualifications/Experience:
Essential
- Full UK Driving License.
- The desire to work outdoors in all weather.
- Good level of communication and knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Good level of fitness to cope with a physically demanding job.
- Happy to work away occasionally for periods of time.
- The ability to cover night work/weekend work.
Desirable
- Ability to drive a 3.5-tonne medium wheelbase van.
