What you will be doing

• As a Shaper of the future, you’ll collaborate with clients to deliver tailored outsourced accounting services, preparing financial statements, management accounts and bookkeeping solutions that meet their evolving needs.

• Build a strong foundation through structured onboarding, developing your understanding of accounting requirements and the wider commercial landscape.

• Work across a range of projects and clients, collaborating with teams across the UK and internationally, gaining exposure to global finance operations.

• Develop your digital skillset, using accounting platforms and innovative technologies, including AI, to help streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
