The role

As part of your role as an Forensic Associate you will assist with the delivery of a range of Forensic Accounting assignments. You will be working and collaborating with other members in the Forensic and Valuations team in order to build great working relationships. This will involve applying your technical knowledge to real life scenarios, problem solving, analysing data and presenting your findings.

This role will involve a combination of working in the local office and at client premises or law firms. On a day to day basis, the your work may involve:

• Quantification of losses in commercial and family disputes.
• Investigation of fraud and accounting irregularity.
• Asset tracing and bank statement analysis.
• Share and other asset valuations.
• Drafting of expert witness evidence.
• Project administration including client take on and conflict checking.

As your confidence grows, so will your project management skills as you work to meet deadlines and budget constraints for clients.

Key accountabilities

We have created a first-class training and development programme and, by starting your career at Azets, in addition to the comprehensive on the job training, you will also be given all the support you need to complete a professional qualification, including college and/or study days, mentoring and a designated buddy.

We offer a range of different qualification pathways at Azets which are determined by the role you are applying for. The qualification that will be undertaken for this position will be the ACA.
