German Speaking Graduate Area Sales Manager

We have a unique opportunity for a recent graduate with retail or sales experience to become part of Autosmart's next generation of Graduate Area Sales Managers. This role will allow you to utilise your already excellent customer service skills and be face to face with customers, meeting new people daily. We will coach you, bringing you to the UK for up to 18 months to be shoulder to shoulder with our established sales team. We will develop your sales and commercial business skills through a structured training plan specifically tailored for you, plus lots of practical support.

As part of our growth plans, we've recently invested £35 million in a state-of-the-art manufacturing hub, and we have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, practical person to become a high-performing B2B salesperson and business coach.

What You Will Learn

• Sell our market-leading products the Autosmart way with a product induction and training programme in the UK.
• Develop your coaching skills to become a trusted business advisor and support your distributors and franchisees in Germany to achieve their professional and personal goals.
• Grow and strengthen your knowledge and understanding of our marketplace so you can guide and advise your German distributors and franchisees on how to develop strong business plans.
• Organise inspiring and motivational area sales meetings, including new product launches.
• Support distributor recruitment and sales inductions.

What We Offer

• Starting salary of circa £ per year, depending on experience — talk to us about your salary expectations.

• 12–18 months UK-based training, with a company-sponsored work visa — we will pay for your accommodation and regular trips home.

• Fluent German language skills.
• Good English language skills.

• A good understanding of profit and loss.
• A passion for and enjoyment of field sales.
• Enjoy being outdoors, hands-on, and practical.
• Comfortable with regular stays away from home.
