Program Overview
The Global Payment Solutions (GPS) business is dedicated to turning technological advances into treasury solutions
for our corporate clients globally – across all segments and industries. We utilize cutting-edge products and forward-thinking strategies to provide liquidity management, payment, receipts, trade and supply chain finance, FX, and commercial card services with a personalized touch.
Our 10-week summer analyst program emphasizes on-the-job training. You will be provided the opportunity to rotate between two GPS groups (sales and product) and better learn how we use the power of our people and technology to transform treasury solutions for our clients.
Training and Development
Our internships are more than just work experience – they’re a launchpad for your development. From day one, you’ll be supported by mentors, take on real responsibilities, and build valuable skills through immersive learning and hands-on training across the business.
You’ll also have access to our industry-leading development hub, The Academy, providing you with expert onboarding, education, and professional development.
Eligibility
- We welcome applicants from all degree backgrounds – from the arts and humanities to numerically focused subjects like economics and mathematics.
- You must be working toward an undergrad or postgrad degree from an accredited university or college, with graduation between September 2025 and June 2026.
- You’ll need at least 112 UCAS points (or equivalent) and be on track for a 2:1 (or equivalent).
- You must be available to join the program from June – August 2026.
Our Recruitment Process
We keep recruitment as transparent and straightforward as possible.
After you have completed an application form, we’ll ask you to send a self-recorded video interview where you respond to a few simple question prompts – to help us get to know you better. If your application is successful, we’ll then invite you to an assessment center for two interviews assessing your competency for the role and your technical abilities.
Please note we begin considering applications before the closing deadline. So, to have the best chance of securing your placement, please apply as early as possible.
