What you’ll be doing

Work in a fast growing discipline applying systems engineering principles to the development of concepts and designs for customer service operations. You will gain experience across a number of areas and develop a broad understanding of systems and activities undertaken in the design and development of innovative support solutions.

What is the application process?

The stages of our application process include: a short online application. If you’re successful, you will then complete an online assessment with interactive activities, and an on-demand video interview. The next stage is competency-based interview, either virtual or face-to-face.
