Role Overview:

As a Graduate Analyst, you will assist in delivering innovative solutions alongside experienced consultants. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals, offering a structured pathway to progress into a Junior Consultant role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Support customization and configuration of applications to meet business needs.
  • Participate in solution testing and deployment.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyse processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Assist in developing and executing test plans to ensure quality solutions.
  • Support deployment activities for smooth implementation.
  • Help create user documentation and training materials.
  • Contribute to product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Assist in showcasing Power Platform capabilities to potential clients.
  • Work with the pre-sales team to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, Informatics for Business or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret and analyse business processes and data.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong aptitude for identifying and resolving issues effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

Desirable Skills:

  • Technical Exposure: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) or Dynamics 365 is beneficial but not required.
  • Interest in AI: Enthusiasm for AI technologies and their business applications.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working within a team environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adjust to evolving project needs.
