CAF Bank is a specialist bank for charities and not-for-profits providing Banking With Purpose for the organisations that provide the backbone of Britain. From Parent/Teacher Associations to life-saving services, CAF Bank’s customers are some of the most important organisations in the UK providing solace and support to some of the most vulnerable communities, individuals and nature in society. We are proud to support such organisations.

At CAF Bank we know how hard the job market is for newly qualified graduates. That is why we are excited to offer 4 Graduate Analyst opportunities. This six-month fixed-term role will give you the opportunity to understand how a regulated bank operates and also how the services we provide support the charity sector and those who depend on them. You will be a valued part of our team gaining experience of the working world and setting you up with key employability skills.

You will be required to attend our Kent office, which is in Kings Hill, 3 days a week. Public transport is limited for this location with the nearest train station a 30-minute walk and an irregular bus service.

Who You Are

A recent Graduate with a STEM or similar background, you are curious, with an eye for detail, and understand that the right data can inform decisions and tell stories. You will be looking for somewhere that can utilise your skill set and really make a difference to your growth and development.

Interested in a career in the Financial Services sector and looking for your first step into that career, you are excited to understand how a bank operates and how you can contribute.

What You'll Do

The graduate analyst position would see you involved with a range of activities across the Bank, including how we collect, report and investigate Management Information (MI), being involved in helping to deliver change programmes, and undertaking critical operational tasks.

This will mean you not only get insight into the function you are placed in but you will also gain an overview of all the other functions that make up a Bank through your induction and the interactions you will have across the Bank.

Who We Are

We are more than a bank. From the one-person causes to the large-scale organisations, we are the bank charities turn to. We believe in the power of good, and in treating the goals of charities as our own.

We are owned by Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). CAF connects charities with funds, and we at CAF Bank help charities to manage those funds.

Our connection with such a long-established charitable organisation highlights how we believe in banking with purpose.

Diversity and Inclusion

We know that the more diverse and inclusive our organisation becomes, the more creative, effective and impactful we will be. Our aim is for our workforce to represent the society we serve, and we have embarked upon an ambitious pathway to achieve this.
