What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll learn the foundations of professional selling and customer management.
You Will
- Visit customers across the Midlands to understand their needs and build strong relationships
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and territory development
- Present and demonstrate our premium maintenance solutions
- Learn consultative, value-based selling through NCH’s proven methodology
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage your pipeline and activity
- Work independently while being supported by experienced technical and sales teams
- Build your own customer base and grow your territory

- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Are comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
- Speak fluent English
- Hold a valid driving licence
- Want to grow into leadership and build a team in the future
