Job Description
- A variety of duties involving surveying and professional services to the Public, Private, and Nuclear Sectors
- Assisting senior team members with designs, surveys, and feasibility studies
- Technical specific works including contract administration, Dilapidations, Party wall and fire risk assessments
- Building pathology assessments
- DDA audits
- Measured surveys
- Producing reports and drawings
- Scheduling and informing maintenance work and support contract procurement and project management
- Working with colleagues who are experts in their field, discovering how to develop cutting-edge solutions, maximise technical quality and efficiency, achieve project revenue targets, and use specialist software
- Client and Stakeholder liaison
Qualifications/Skills
- A minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant technical discipline (Building Surveying/Construction)
- AutoCAD knowledge/experience
- MS Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good team worker
- Proactive approach to establishing new skills and learning progressing to Chartership status
- Self-motivated
- Suitability for security clearance to work with priority Defence and nuclear sectors
- Full, clean UK driving license, eligible to drive and access to a vehicle
