Job Description

• A variety of duties involving surveying and professional services to the Public, Private, and Nuclear Sectors
• Assisting senior team members with designs, surveys, and feasibility studies
• Technical specific works including contract administration, Dilapidations, Party wall and fire risk assessments
• Building pathology assessments
• DDA audits
• Measured surveys
• Producing reports and drawings
• Scheduling and informing maintenance work and support contract procurement and project management
• Working with colleagues who are experts in their field, discovering how to develop cutting-edge solutions, maximise technical quality and efficiency, achieve project revenue targets, and use specialist software
• Client and Stakeholder liaison

Qualifications/Skills

• A minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant technical discipline (Building Surveying/Construction)
• AutoCAD knowledge/experience
• MS Office skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good team worker
• Proactive approach to establishing new skills and learning progressing to Chartership status
• Self-motivated
• Suitability for security clearance to work with priority Defence and nuclear sectors
• Full, clean UK driving license, eligible to drive and access to a vehicle
