About the role
As a BA, you’d be responsible for investigating and analysing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, defining requirements and ensuring solutions align with business objectives. BA’s take a holistic approach, considering people, processes, technology and organisational structure to deliver value while minimising risks.
What you'll do as a Business Analyst

You’ll help deliver digital and business change by:

Understanding business needs and turning them into clear requirements

Mapping processes, data flows and user journeys

Supporting updates to websites, with a focus on improving UI/UX

Working with developers on technical tasks such as API integrations

Writing user stories for both business and technical teams

Acting as the link between business stakeholders and technology teams

Helping identify risks, issues and opportunities for improvement
