Hold or be on track for a minimum 2:1 degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (e.g. Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science)

Be able to travel to York at least 3 days per week

About the Role:
This is a technical Business Analyst role supporting a major transformation programme at a world-leading client. The work is heavily focused on digital platforms and website development, making this an ideal opportunity for graduates with an excellent technical background who want to operate at the intersection of business and technology.
You will act as the interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, well documented and translated into effective technical solutions.
What You’ll Do
As a Graduate Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for core BA deliverables while supporting technical change, including:

Eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements

Mapping processes, data flows and system interactions

Writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria for both business and technical teams

Supporting website updates, with a keen focus on UI/UX improvements and user journeys

Working closely with developers on technical requirements, including:

API integrations
-
Understanding and documenting API endpoints

Bridging business needs with technical implementation

Acting as a confident liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams

Identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement
You’ll also gain exposure to low‑code / no‑code platforms as part of broader digital delivery.
