As part of a large community of Graduates and Apprentices across the business, your initial role will be within our Business Change & Transformation function, working for our largest UK public sector client. You will start in one of our Graduate entry roles aligned with the professional job family, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn from our inspiring experts in a variety of tasks including financial management, planning, managing risks & issues, data analysis and stakeholder management across internal and external projects or live client services.
Alongside your role, you will also embark on our Graduate Empower Programme which aims to equip you with the capabilities that you need to succeed in this rapidly changing world of work.
This role is only available to be based in our office in Telford, West Midlands. As such you will need to be based within a commutable distance to the Telford office where you should expect to typically be in our Telford office 3 days a week. This specific role is not available to be based in any other UK office, but other opportunities on our website have more adaptability on locations.
Your Role
Business Change & Transformation (BC&T) is a specialist internal team responsible for driving strategic change initiatives across the Market Unit. The team provides expert change management support to help deliver important transformation projects, working with stakeholders from all business areas to assist in aligning processes, implementing new business critical tools, and improving services in order to increase efficiency and support the MU’s goals.
BC&T consultants typically lead an initiative from defining a clear change charter and assessing its impact on people through to planning stakeholder engagement, communications, and training – all to ensure colleagues can transition smoothly to new ways of working. The team uses industry best practices (such as Prosci’s ADKAR change management model and agile Scrum methods) to make sure each change is successfully adopted and yields lasting benefits. Key responsibilities include analysing business processes, crafting change strategies, facilitating workshops, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering training and communication plans to support the change.
Your skills and experience
- A 2:2 bachelor’s degree or above.
- Excellent communication skills

- Problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of change management frameworks
- Solid project management skills
- Most importantly, we want people with an appetite for learning and to be passionate about working for a technology company.
- An appetite to continually develop your skills and career.
- Good Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Plenty of drive, curiosity, and willingness to challenge and be challenged.
- Knowledge of Agile & waterfall methodologies.

Your security clearance
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality
