This is an extremely large and growing market. If you are money-motivated and eager to make your mark, this is the place to be. You will thrive in a fast-paced, targeted telesales environment within the Commercial Real Estate industry.

You’ll join a team of seasoned professionals—many of whom started in this role and have developed into leaders—who will mentor you every step of the way.

  • Follow up on leads by phone and email, educating and nurturing prospects to secure their interest.
  • Contribute quality, recurring revenue by qualifying opportunities and scheduling client meetings for the appropriate team.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers when discussing Ryan LLC’s services.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of new business.
  • Meet weekly, achievable targets, such as creating qualified sales appointments for our commercial property consultants to attend.

Education and Experience

  • Educated to degree level or relevant workplace experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to think on your feet and engage confidently with clients.
  • Demonstrated courage and resilience when faced with rejection.
  • A consistent desire to start conversations with new individuals daily, regardless of rejection.
  • Strong networking ability and capacity to make new connections.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and target-driven.
  • Aptitude to learn and develop new skills.
