Job Purpose
Reporting directly to the Business Process Improvement Manager, this role is a key part of the Business Improvement (BI) team supporting the Window Systems Division. You will help deliver business improvement initiatives across the Division by applying analytical thinking, data-driven problem solving, and structured project support. This graduate role is designed to develop future BI leaders through hands-on experience in continuous improvement, systems analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Accountabilities
General
- Adhere to all organisational policies, management systems, and standard operating procedures, including legal responsibilities related to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality.
- Work positively to foster good working relationships with colleagues and contracted personnel, maintaining a culture of mutual respect and dignity.
- Represent the organisation positively at all times.

Technical
- Assist in the delivery of improvement projects across manufacturing, warehousing, and support functions.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support the development and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and visual management tools.
- Participate in A3 problem-solving activities and Obeya-style project reviews.
- Collaborate with the BI Manager and site teams to implement lean tools and process improvements.
- Contribute to the standardisation and documentation of BI processes and systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
Key Experiences and Skills Required
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of Manufacturing, Warehousing & Distribution operations.
- Proficiency with MS Office 365, including:
- Office Apps
- Outlook/Exchange
- Teams
- SharePoint
- OneDrive
- Project Management experience.
- Experience of process/change management.
- Exposure to lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis tools or ERP/MES systems (e.g., Navision, Mattec).
- Full driving license.
