Your Role
We are looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our 2026 Graduate Programme in our Glasgow office. From day one, you will be part of a truly multidisciplinary team delivering significant projects across the water sector—locally and nationally—including water and wastewater treatment, storm overflows, flood alleviation, and urban drainage. You may also have opportunities to collaborate with our Dams & Hydro team within the Energy sector.
In your day-to-day work, you will:
- Solve engineering problems and contribute to innovative, practical solutions.
- Use design software and tools such as ArcGIS to carry out engineering calculations.
- Develop designs and produce drawings.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations.
- Undertake site visits when required.
- Collaborate within a friendly, supportive team and learn from Senior and Principal Civil Engineers.
- Receive dedicated mentorship to support your journey to Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
