The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Company Secretarial Assistant to join our growing secretariat team, supporting the delivery of corporate administration services to a significant portfolio of clients. This is an ideal role for an enthusiastic, highly organised and methodical graduate looking to build a long-term career in corporate administration and governance.
You will develop a strong technical foundation under the supervision of our chartered secretaries. Following initial in-house training, successful candidates will have the opportunity to study towards a professional qualification through the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
Expected start date: September/October 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Add new clients to our system (Diligent Entities).
- Prepare and send confirmation statement reports to clients.
- File confirmation statements with Companies House and update the compliance diary.
- Input data for new company incorporations.
- Produce Companies House forms reporting changes (e.g., officer appointments/resignations, changes to personal details, registered office addresses and registered email addresses).
- Produce and file dormant company accounts.
- Maintain the registered office list.
- Arrange certification, notarisation and apostille for company documents.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and other departmental tasks as required.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum 2:2 in your undergraduate degree.
- Enthusiasm for a career in corporate administration and governance.
- High levels of organisation, attention to detail and a methodical approach.
