What you’ll be doing as a Business Analyst

As a BA, you’ll sit at the heart of change. You will:

  • Investigate and analyse business needs

  • Map processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements

  • Gather, refine and document requirements

  • Support decision‑making by translating insights into clear, structured outputs

  • Work closely with stakeholders across teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives

You’ll take a holistic view - considering people, processes, technology, and data- to help deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes.

Progression: Starting as an Analyst with the potential for significant salary progression, you will pick up invaluable skills and complete a minimum of 6 industry recognised accreditations during your time on the development programme.
